Agbrigg & Belle Vue Community Association

by The Neighbourhood Management Team The Neighbourhood Management Team organised a week of action from 8th to 14th August. This enabled a number of partner service providers to focus their activities in the Agbrigg & Belle Vue area. The week was a great success, starting off with free community skips giving everyone the chance to have a good clean out. A healthy lunch was provided for all on the first day. Other activities included face painting, a litter pick within the area, health drop-in sessions, Groundwork's consultation, recycling advice and free refreshments as well as free home safety equipment & low energy light bulbs. The fire service attended every day with numerous activities including a mobile cinema and several hot fat fire blaze demonstrations. Residents and service providers both felt the week had been very successful. A big thank you to all that were involved.
