It has been identified as a priority by our neighbourhood management resident board that we get the zebra crossing on Agbrigg Road re-located to a more convenient place (still on Agbrigg Road) in order to encourage people to use it more and thus make it safer to cross the road.

The Neighbourhood Management Team have approached WMDC highways department to explore the possibilities of getting this work done. The Highways Department have agreed to survey the traffic on Agbrigg Road in September, and they will then discuss with us what work can be carried out (if any) as a result of the survey.
