Neighbourhood Management
Improvements to parks and open spaces enhance the area creating a sense of pride within the community. 
Two parks identified by residents as requiring further improvements, are now receiving a facelift.  Agbrigg Park and Wesley Street play area are both gaining additional play equipment.  Residents also expressed a desire to make better use of the “hump” in Agbrigg Park which is now transformed into a seating area with steps leading up to the top.  The work will be completed by end of March 2008.
Agbrigg & Belle Vue Neighbourhood Management Pilot has been working in conjunction with Parks & Public Realm Section of the Council to secure the go ahead for both of these projects.  Plans for both sites are available from the Neighbourhood Management Team based in the Agbrigg & Belle Vue Community Centre.
