The second annual pumpkin festival held since 2005 was attended by 20 children with parents or carers and many pumpkins were carved into a variety of faces ready for Halloween.

Throughout the afternoon some tasty snacks including an most excellent pumpkin tart, pumpkin soup were served.

Afterwards awards for the best carved, and largest pumpkins were presented. Oliver Shipley and Elliot Greenwood won the best carved pumpkin award.

Paul Shipley, this years largest pumpkin winner, whose pumpkin weighed 7lb 6oz, received his award from last years winner Bob Farley.
